Perse is a new voice for Persian cuisine. We are not here to reinvent. We are here to honor. Our name comes from the French word for Persia. It reflects our mission: to present Persian food with the precision and artistry it has always deserved. Every dish is rooted in tradition, but crafted for the modern table.
I’ve never experienced Persian cuisine with this level of intention. Every element, from the first bite of Caspian Olive Medley to the last sip of their rosewater-infused cocktail, felt like a deliberate, beautiful choice. Perse doesn’t just serve food; they compose it.
